Job summary

CBRE's Investment Accounting & Reporting team in Madrid is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the financial management and reporting of real estate investment structures across a diverse client portfolio.

You'll work with Senior Controllers to deliver month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and analyses for real estate entities, coordinate with property managers and external accountants, and contribute to audits, due diligence and continuous improvement within a leading global real

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
2–4 years' experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
Experience in real estate, investment funds or property environments is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Support financial control and reporting of real estate SPVs and property entities.
Coordinate information between property managers, asset managers and external accountants.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities and IFRS adjustments.
Prepare management reporting and financial analyses for decision-making.
Participate in audits, due diligence, and ad-hoc projects.
