CBRE's Investment Accounting & Reporting team in Madrid is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the financial management and reporting of real estate investment structures across a diverse client portfolio.

You'll work with Senior Controllers to deliver month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and analyses for real estate entities, coordinate with property managers and external accountants, and contribute to audits, due diligence and continuous improvement within a leading global real

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
• Experience in real estate, investment funds or property environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial control and reporting of real estate SPVs and property entities.
• Coordinate information between property managers, asset managers and external accountants.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities and IFRS adjustments.
• Prepare management reporting and financial analyses for decision-making.
• Participate in audits, due diligence, and ad-hoc projects.
