Formación

• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.

• Responsable del cierre contable mensual y gestión de facturas.
• Preparar declaraciones fiscales mensuales y anuales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly accounting closing (BS & P&L)
• Accounting for supplier invoices and incident management
• Monitoring and accounting of fixed assets, debt pool, and inventory
• Handling monthly provisions and accruals
• Performing bank reconciliations, including expense reports and credit card reconciliation
• Managing intra-group operations and coordination with the local agencies for the subsidiaries
• Preparing monthly and annual tax filings (SII, IRPF, VAT, IS, summaries)
• Collaborating in the preparation of annual accounts (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, etc.)
• Working with external advisors to meet criteria for grants and tax benefits (social security bonuses, tax deductions)
• Liaising with external advisors (agency, legal, etc.)
• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Participating in external audits
• Possessing valuable knowledge in transfer pricing and international double taxation
• Contributing to automation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ADE, Economics, Business or similar
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and experience in analytics and costs
• Advanced level of Excel
• Experience in A3ERP will be considered a plus
• Valuable knowledge of US GAAP
• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (advanced)
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
