Formación

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant you will be primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and reporting to the Head of Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey
  • Recording and control of accounting operations: Management of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversight of invoices (issued and received) to ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.
  • Management of accounts payable and receivable: Tracking payment deadlines, managing suppliers and customers, and updating records of payments and collections.
  • Support in tax preparation: Assisting in the collection and preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
  • Support in the preparation of basic financial reports: Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and other reports required by the company.
  • Assistance with internal and external audits: Participating in the gathering and preparation of documents required by auditors to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • General finance: all activities related to general finance such as bank relationship, suppliers, to be the link with other departments.

What do you bring to your trip
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (SAP / Oracle / Sage is a plus).
  • 4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with experience at a Big 4 firm.
  • Knowledge of accounting rules in Spain.
  • Native Spanish and professional-level English.
  • Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
