TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the European month-end close, manage GL activities, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with regional teams and ensure accuracy across financial processes in a hybrid work setup.

Candidates must have a solid accounting background, advanced Excel and SAP experience, and English proficiency. You will mentor junior staff and interact with stakeholders to deliver timely financial insights.

• Work with SAP and Excel to manage financial data.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Accountant you would lead the month‑end closing for a specific European region, manage General Ledger activities, and driving process improvements across all accounting areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee month‑end closings.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Support and guide junior accountants within the team.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Work with SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with the wider European accounting teams.
• Maintain high performance during the 5‑day closing period.
