TD SYNNEX Spain invites recent graduates and early-career professionals to join our Finance teams across Accounts Payable, Vendor Receivables, and Accounting. This role offers hands-on experience in an international environment, exposure to financial processes, and collaboration with seasoned professionals while contributing to the success of a global IT distributor.

Formación

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to solve problems.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance career.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, international environment.
• SAP knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Previous internship or initial experience in finance-related roles is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily financial operations within Accounts Payable, Vendor Receivables, or Accounting teams.
• Process and maintain financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and payment activities.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting tasks.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and financial data in company systems.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.
