A leading company in aviation is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team in Alicante. The successful candidate will manage financial entries, support tax compliance, and maintain accounting records. This role requires a degree in finance and at least two years of accounting experience.

Formación

• Minimum Bac+3 or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in an accounting firm, audit firm, or large organization.
• Essential skills include rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be in charge of posting entries in the accounting system and providing accounts justification .

Key Responsibilities :

• Reconciliation of sales with cash collections and reporting any discrepancies to the local finance Manager
• Recording financial transactions in the accounting system (expenses, receipts, payments…)
• Preparing and reviewing expenses reports to ensure compliance with company policies
• Supporting the annual and bi-annual closing process
• Ensuring the Application of company’s procedure
• Maintaining accounting documents and records
• Supporting tax filling and compliance in collaboration with the finance Manager and local tax advisor
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and cash reports, to be signed with the Finance Manager.

Desired Profile :

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum Bac+3 or equivalent).
• At least two years of experience in an accounting firm, audit firm, or large organization.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance is a plus.
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and analytical mindset , are essential for success in this role.
