Formación

The Job

As a senior account manager, you will establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet our customer's/partner's needs. You need a deep understanding of the customer/partner to effectively align the value proposition of the products, technology, and services with their strategies and needs. This role involves creating value throughout the sales cycle.

Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Securing new customer wins and cloud sales
  2. Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners
  3. Driving alignment and teamwork within a team, department, or across organizational boundaries
  4. Monitoring pipeline, collecting feedback, and updating involved parties on closures, supporting close plan execution
  5. Collaborating with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
  6. Highlighting customer wins for partner sales with evidence; identifying partner capacity, capability needs, and key opportunities to the Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partners
  7. Controlling key performance indicators and run rates of the pipeline such as hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, and consumption

The Profile

  1. You speak and write Swedish at a native level, and you are fluent in English (B2).
  2. You have 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development. Experience within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment is preferred. You should have broad knowledge of and the ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields is required.
  3. You possess good computer handling skills and experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions, including their design, migration, and management.
  4. You have excellent problem-solving skills, are familiar with modern sales techniques and tools, and have experience from retail sales, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  5. You have strong communication and negotiation skills, are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
