We’re seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Account Manager to strengthen long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across French and Iberian markets. You’ll work closely with clients to drive business growth, retain revenue, and identify upsell opportunities. Acting as a strategic consultant, you’ll provide data-driven recommendations and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Your ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable strategies will be key to your success in this remote-first role.

Accountabilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Understand clients’ business strategies and KPIs to drive measurable results and long-term value
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to present performance insights and growth plans
  • Promote product adoption and new use cases, aligning offerings with clients’ evolving needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Success, Product, and Operations to ensure service excellence
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence internal roadmaps and strategic priorities
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record working with large enterprise customers and managing executive-level relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing or location-based technologies is a plus
  • High level of accountability, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Native-level French and fluent English required
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving customer success initiatives
