Introduction :

To complete our Sales team, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager. This role involves building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-Suite executives by understanding their business objectives and research needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of existing Market Research Agency, Consultancy, Universities and Media Agency accounts (approximately 80%) while identifying and engaging with new prospects (approximately 20%).
  • Retain and grow key client accounts by building strong, long-lasting relationships, particularly with key decision-makers and C-Suite executives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and research needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive account growth through proactive client engagement and strategic account planning.

Your Profile :

  • Experience or education in fields such as Marketing, Business or similar areas. Formal degrees are welcome but not required.
  • 5+ years experience in research agency or client-side role.
  • Experience in the market research industry, selling and/or delivering research solutions.
  • Experience leading teams and growing bookings.
  • Able to understand client needs and demands in a research context.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and clients.
  • Is hands-on, proactive and a flexible thinker.
  • Proficient in English and fluent/native in Spanish.
