BidMachine, one of the fastest-growing mobile adtech companies, is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our ad network team in a high-growth environment.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will own and grow key customer relationships, drive campaign performance, and contribute to revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to maximize value and meet user acquisition goals using our ad network.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and data science teams to solve complex challenges, deliver strategic insights, and support scalable campaign success. Your expertise will help position BidMachine as a trusted partner and accelerate our market presence.

We seek an Account Manager who understands customer pain points, can develop deep product knowledge, and thinks entrepreneurially with a bias for action in a fast-paced market.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in mobile advertising
  • Ability to translate client marketing goals into data-driven, strategic recommendations aligned with KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proactive ownership and data influence
  • Deep knowledge of mobile app ecosystem tools (e.g., MMPs), ad tech, and big data environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and bias-for-action mentality

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships: act as a trusted advisor, lead meetings, and ensure clear communication
  • Campaign strategy and execution: oversee setup, monitoring, and performance analysis
  • Develop product and industry expertise to guide and educate customers
  • Deliver data-driven insights through analytics tools and performance reports
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to troubleshoot and influence development
