A leading provider in sports technology solutions in Barcelona is seeking a skilled Account Manager. You will have full ownership of projects and be responsible for managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in elite football relationship management and strong networking abilities in Spain and Portugal.   • Proven track record in elite football relationship management and business development.
  • Established network within top-tier clubs, federations, and agencies in Spain and Portugal.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

  • Full ownership of projects and accounts (end-to-end).
  • Manage existing accounts: Benfica, Porto, among others.
  • Develop new business (clubs, training centers, federations).
  • Build strong C-level relationships.
  • Become the Iberia Area leader after starting.
  • Travel when required for client meetings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of projects and accounts (end-to-end).
  • Manage existing accounts: Benfica, Porto, among others.
  • Develop new business (clubs, training centers, federations).
  • Build strong C-level relationships (IT Directors, club executives, federations).
  • Hands-on approach: conferences, congresses, first meetings booked.
  • Become the Iberia Area leader after starting.
  • Travel when required for client meetings.
Core Skills / experience
  • Proven track record in elite football relationship management and business development.
  • Established network within top-tier clubs, federations, and agencies in Spain and Portugal.
  • Strategic partnership management and key account planning skills.
  • Contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Strong market analysis and reporting capabilities.
