- Manage a portfolio of potential customers (prospects) within your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing sales.
- Potential for future development into a team lead role, managing other employees in the workshop chain area.
- Lead a motivated team eager to drive the company's success forward.
Your profile
- Passionate about sales : experienced in B2B, SaaS, or automotive sales, and enjoy inspiring others.
- Experience in the automotive or software industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
- Ideally, have built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired customers in the SaaS sector.
- Flexible, adaptable, and highly independent.
- Native or bilingual in Spanish, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
