Formación

  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.

What you'll do

  • You'll develop our market (Germany) by acquiring customers, identifying decision-makers, creating proposals, and conducting meetings.
  • You'll qualify and understand your customers' business-critical problems, challenge conventional learning approaches, and conduct sales conversations to demonstrate the business value of goFLUENT to an organization.
  • You'll develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • You'll build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers at your most important customers.
  • Partner with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to successfully close potential deals.
  • Attend trade shows and events.
  • Travel to customers in your territory to support your sales efforts.

What you need

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. SaaS and international experience are a plus.
  • You are able to build close relationships with all levels of prospects, including senior managers and executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork skills and self-motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hardworking, and easily adaptable.
  • Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in training, e-learning, and staffing services is definitely a plus.
  • BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German (native OR C2 Level)
