Your Contribution : Drive Growth in the IBERIAN Region
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the Iberian region. You will work closely with Carlos, Managing Director SE.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the Iberian (Spain and Portugal) region, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts.
- Revenue Generation: Take ownership of your sales targets and contribute significantly to the region's revenue goals through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Entrepreneur and Autonomous Mindset: This is the perfect role to grow, scale, or build your own startup. You will do much more than sales, with sales being your main role, including partnerships, local marketing events, relations with banks, etc.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations.
Your Profile

- You are a proven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
- You are organized, you never miss a follow-up and are always on top of your pipeline.
- You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related technology services.
- You bring experience in solution selling and have a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
- You are comfortable with complex sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
- You are data-driven and analytical in your approach to sales strategy and execution.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
