Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed individual to join the Business Development team in Spain for Amazon Shipping. Responsibilities include developing a pipeline of major companies, identifying opportunities, negotiating, closing sales, and gathering market insights to improve our services. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Show strong ownership and results orientation
  • Possess excellent communication skills in Spanish and English

This role involves launching and developing new business, collaborating across teams, and building strategic relationships with customers. You should be a self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities, with experience in stakeholder management and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in leadership and strategy implementation
  • Building and maintaining top-level customer relationships
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Measuring performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Driving new customer acquisition and shipping volume with profitability

This position is based in Madrid (4 Towers district) with moderate travel within Spain (up to 15-20%). Preferred qualifications include an MBA, experience in B2C logistics, and familiarity with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift).
