This role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and working collaboratively with teams across Europe and India. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in CSM, Order Management, or SPM, and be fluent in English.

Formación

• Proven experience in CSM, Order Management, or SPM.
• Strong understanding of release management and code versioning.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

At DECSKILL , we're looking for a Tech Lead / Architect with experience in CSM , Order Management , or SPM (nice to have) to join a major international project delivered in collaboration between Amadeus and external vendors.

Location : Remote from Spain (Nearshore / Offshore)

Your mission

You'll support the development team by :

• Providing technical guidance and best practices
• Monitoring code quality and deliverables
• Developing complex business requirements
• Working closely with Architects, Developers, and Product Owners across Europe and India.
• Proven experience in CSM , Order Management , or SPM
• Solid knowledge of Project Management and SAFe methodology
• Strong understanding of release management and code versioning
• Specification writing : clearly document functional requirements, solution design, integrations, and alternatives
• Testing strategies : ability to design and execute both technical and functional test cases
• Experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments
• Team player : able to collaborate across functions and adapt to different audiences (technical, business, senior, junior)
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Clear expression of ideas
• Active listening and clarification
• Tailoring the message to the audience

Language : Fluent English (written and spoken)
