As our SEM Performance Manager, you will take ownership of critical strategic initiatives, oversee and ensure the successful delivery of budgetary objectives, and contribute to the overarching SEM strategy through continuous analysis, uncovering pockets of opportunity to optimize performance.

You will act as a key business owner for structural projects, collaborating closely with our marketing technology and product teams. This role demands exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of how bidding works, as well as a proven ability to drive impactful results.

What you will do:
As a SEM Performance Manager in the Revenue Management team, you will be in charge of:

  • Owning and championing strategic initiatives and specific scopes such as market subsets or key projects contributing to the development and refinement of the overall Search Engine Marketing strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives, market dynamics, and performance targets.
  • Driving business growth through continuous analysis: proactively and autonomously reviewing and analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of advanced bidding strategies and ensuring operational excellence through process optimization and best practice implementation as part of the SEM trading team.
  • Acting as a key business owner for strategic structural projects, working closely with marketing technology and product teams, and championing the business perspective through proactive engagement and constructive challenge.
  • Leveraging audience insights to shape campaigns contributing to our unique 7 Million Member Prime subscription program and proposing strategic initiatives for its growth.

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Extensive experience in Search Engine Marketing with a proven track record delivering meaningful positive impacts to the P&L and driving strategic projects to achieve measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of SEM platforms, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • High business acumen and understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European-based language is a plus.
