What about the team?

As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, the SEM Analyst will drive customer acquisition at scale by executing and optimizing sophisticated, data-driven search marketing programs across all Exoticca geographies.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement — applying advanced automation techniques, leveraging AI tools, and importing first- and third-party data to optimize bidding, targeting, and creatives at scale. You will play a critical role in unlocking growth by identifying high-impact opportunities, testing new approaches, and ensuring SEM is tightly integrated with cross-functional initiatives across Data, Product, and Sales.

Which will be your main responsibilities :

  • Execute and manage large-scale, multi-country SEM campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring performance aligns with ambitious acquisition and ROI targets.
  • Implement and optimize AI-driven bidding strategies and feed-based automation to scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Tech teams to design and import custom conversion values, offline events, and predictive signals that fuel smarter bid strategies.
  • Drive automation across campaign creation, reporting, and performance monitoring using scripts, SA360, or other platforms.
  • Proactively identify testing opportunities (audiences, creatives, bid strategies, campaign types), design A / B tests, and operationalize learnings.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams to continuously improve ad assets — copy, extensions, imagery, and video — based on performance data.
  • Lead quarterly planning for SEM growth levers and define the roadmap to hit key business targets.
  • Partner with Google and other platform reps to stay ahead of new AI-driven features and alpha / beta programs.
  • Ensure integration and alignment of SEM efforts with wider cross-functional projects, including landing page UX, feed optimization, CRM signals, and customer journey enhancements.
  • Some level of support to other Performance Marketing channels, as Social Ads and Display, can be part of the scope of responsibility as well.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEM experience managing large-scale campaigns (6–7 figure budgets annually) across international markets.
  • Experience working with Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, including advanced formats like Performance Max, broad match with smart bidding, and custom audience targeting.
  • Experience in other Performance Channels (Social Ads, Display) is also desirable and treated as a plus
  • Experience using automation tools (e.g. scripts, SA360, Google Ads API) and integrating offline conversion data to improve performance.
  • Solid understanding of performance measurement and experimentation, with the ability to define, run, and interpret tests.
  • Experience working with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
  • Data-savvy and analytically minded : comfortable exploring datasets, identifying trends, and translating insights into actions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, execution-oriented, and curious about emerging technologies in marketing (AI, automation, predictive modeling).
