You will provide multi-channel support, resolving seller issues and contributing to service improvements in a collaborative environment. Your Mission : Shape seamless experiences across Europe
As part of our Customer Success team, you'll handle multi-channel support (calls, emails, chat) and become a go-to expert for our network of sellers. Whether it’s resolving delivery issues or navigating post-order complexities like returns or refunds—you’ll be the bridge between fast resolution and long-term satisfaction.

What You'll Be Owning
Deliver prompt, friendly support across inbound channels : phone, email, and live chat
Manage and resolve incidents, proactively following cases until full resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and resolve cross-functional issues
Support sellers with pre- and post-order operations (returns, replacements, refunds)
Troubleshoot product catalogue issues and advocate for seller success
Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and the seller experience
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You're not just good with people—you genuinely care.
Higher education in Business Administration or similar
2+ years in Customer Support, Call Center, or Marketplace Operations
Fluent in French and Spanish ; upper-intermediate English required
Strong communicator with a naturally positive attitude
Problem-solver with exceptional planning and organizational skills
Team player : open to feedback, eager to share wins (and learn from misses)
Cool under pressure and laser-focused on quality
