An innovative e-commerce platform is seeking a Seller Operations Program Manager in Madrid. The successful candidate will lead programs to optimize the seller experience, analyze market trends, and enhance sales performance. Candidates should have over six years of e-commerce operations experience and be fluent in both Spanish and English. This position requires working 100% from the office, located near Metro Station Avenida de América.

Your Role

We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive Seller Operations Program Manager to lead and manage key programs focused on optimizing the seller experience. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs, identifying operational inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for small and medium-sized sellers operations in Madrid, Spain, driving seller business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and seller data to formulate and execute effective operational strategies, enhancing sellers' sales performance and platform engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address seller issues, improving the seller experience throughout the process.
  • Establish and maintain strong trust with sellers, conducting regular communication, providing operational guidance and training to enhance sellers' platform knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and report on operational metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement of platform features and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above in Business, Data analysis, or a related field.
  • More than six years of e-commerce operation experience, with a preference for experience working in the Spanish market.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Native in Spanish and fluent English.
