Self-employed Business Development Manager

Location: Remote based in Barcelona

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing travel tech company. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, partnerships, and market expansion, particularly within the travel and hospitality space.

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, managing the full sales cycle, and playing a key role in driving company growth across the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and secure new B2B opportunities through proactive outreach
  2. Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals
  3. Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales development, and product teams
  5. Maintain up-to-date CRM records and report on sales pipeline activity
  6. Stay on top of market trends and contribute to strategy development
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a B2B sales role or similar in a travel or travel tech business
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals independently
  • Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally
