Una organización busca un Investigador de Primer Año en Ciencias Jurídicas especializado en derecho de la salud. El candidato colaborará en proyectos que desarrollen modelos de gobernanza para el acceso a datos de salud, siendo esencial un Máster y experiencia legal relevante. Esta posición a tiempo completo está financiada por la Unión Europea y ofrece un entorno dinámico para la investigación e innovación.

Formación

• Experiencia en apoyo legal, preferiblemente en proyectos de investigación o innovación.
• Conocimientos sobre el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos.

Responsabilidades

• Identificación y revisión de regulaciones aplicables.
• Asesoramiento sobre modelos de gobernanza para el acceso a datos de salud.

The contract aims to collaborate in the project development, focusing on:

• Identification and review of applicable regulations.
• Assessment of governance models for health data access and their applicability.

Support in developing a governance model for health data access for research and innovation, and in implementing regulations within the project framework.

Education Level: Master Degree or equivalent

Skills / Qualifications

Qualified according to the Spanish Qualifications Framework (MECES), including:

• University Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree with 300+ ECTS, or equivalent.
• Training in law, health law, digital law, or data protection law.

Specific Requirements

• Legal support experience, preferably in research or innovation projects (max 15 points).
• Experience with governance/regulations in personal data protection (max 15 points).
• Knowledge of relevant legislation like the European Data Protection Regulation (max 10 points).
• Experience in developing/reviewing data governance models, especially in digital environments (max 10 points).
• English proficiency at B2 level (up to 10 points).
• Official B2 certification (5 points).
• Official C1 or higher certification (10 points).

Additional Information

Salary according to the Collective Agreement of the Biomedical Research Foundations of the SERMAS for professional group II, functional area 2, Senior Graduate category.

Eligibility Criteria

• Merit assessment: up to 60 points.
• Aptitude test and interview: up to 40 points.
• A minimum of 50 points overall is required to qualify.
