We are seeking a Security Site Manager for Thales CDI located in Madrid.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred: Certifications aligned with a CISO profile (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM).
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Technical Experience:

• Proven ability to develop and deploy Crisis Management Plans in international organizations.
• Deep understanding of Security Management principles and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) standards.
• Knowledge of local, national, and international security regulations, including ISO 27001 implementation.
• Experience conducting security audits and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Solid knowledge of IT security concepts, including cybersecurity principles (firewalls, encryption, intrusion prevention), networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS), threat analysis, physical security, cloud security frameworks, DevSecOps, and security awareness programs.

Technical Skills:

• SIEM systems, Incident Management Software, Vulnerability Management, EDR, IAM, Encryption, PKI, Forensics tools, scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell).

Leadership Skills and Experience:

• Leading cross-functional teams including IT security and operations.
• Mentoring team members, managing security initiatives within budget and time constraints.
• Influencing stakeholders, handling high-pressure situations, and effective communication.
• Minimum of 5 years in security management or related fields; international experience is a plus.
