Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of security-related experience.
• 2-year degree in Criminal Justice or related major with 2 years of security-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement emergency procedures.
• Deploy security staff to monitor and protect property assets.
• Conduct patrols of the property and parking areas.
• Investigate losses and report findings to management.
• Enforce Corporate Security safety and security guidelines and procedures.
• Lead guest services and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
• Minimize costs of claims through effective claims management.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on safety and policy adherence.
