Hotel Loss Prevention & Security Manager position in Madrid. The hotel is owned and operated by Archer Hotel Management Limited, an independent franchisee of Marriott International.

You will assess risks in the work environment, minimize associates' illness and injury, and lead security operations. Responsibilities include hazard/risk assessments, fire prevention, incident tracking, CCTV and alarm oversight, and ensuring compliant, safe practices across the property.

• Assess risk in hotel work environment to minimize illness and injury.
• Inspect hazardous factors in the work environment and equipment.
• Lead safety programs, monitor, and report to engage staff in safe practices.
• Develop and implement loss prevention procedures and routines.
• Coordinate fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct quarterly OSHA/Safety audits and incident tracking.
• Ensure all areas are secured through documented procedures.
