Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement security measures for the Bastion infrastructure across backend and frontend services.
• Build resilient security services within the Bastion platform, defining and maintaining the threat model and security posture.
• Implement monitoring, analysis, and incident response measures to ensure customer safety.
• Educate and train the Bastion team on security best practices.
• Lead third-party security audits of the codebase and infrastructure, ensuring comprehensive reporting for customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Infrastructure Security.
• Programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Golang.
• Knowledge of Web3 security principles and applied cryptography.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Attention to detail, high-quality output, and a collaborative spirit.
• Growth-oriented mindset with passion for Web3 innovation.
• Empathy and ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
