Job Title: Cyber Security Architect - Enterprise Blueprints (Part of Bain & Company)

We're currently seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to join Enterprise Blueprints. The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

1. At least 10+ years experience in cyber / security architecture.
2. Lead enterprise-wide security transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
3. Develop and oversee the implementation of multi-phase security roadmaps for large-scale initiatives, including IAM, cloud migration, Zero Trust, or SOC modernization.
4. Stakeholder Management: Experience working and advising at a senior IT and business stakeholder levels.
5. Business Development: Significant experience in business development and pre-sales leadership, with a track record of creating thought leadership propositions.
6. Leadership: Working in a senior architectural position, operating at Chief or Principal Architect level (or similar / equivalent).
7. Industry Expertise: Expertise across some of the following business sectors (Banking, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, etc).
