Une entreprise pharmaceutique internationale leader recherche un assistant pour soutenir son équipe mondiale d'emballage. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des données techniques d'emballage et de l'organisation des informations via Excel et PowerBI. Formación

• Diplôme dans un domaine STEM ou en cours d'études.
• Langues : anglais (avancé), espagnol (avancé).
• Expérience avec PowerBI et Advanced Excel souhaitée.

Responsabilidades

• Supporter l'équipe d'emballage mondiale dans la gestion des données techniques.
• Organiser et gérer les données dans Excel et PowerBI.
• Développer des outils pour extraire des tendances d'emballage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Global Packaging Team in the collection and management of packaging technical data from internal and external networks.
• Organise and maintain the data first in Excel, then create interface with PowerBI.
• Compile data for the Packaging KPIs.
• Create packaging specification templates.
• Structure packaging specifications.
• Develop tools to extract packaging trends from data (PowerBI).
• Support Global Packaging Team in creating comprehensive and visually attractive Packaging Catalogues.
• Create packaging technology overviews.
• Support in the creation of Supplier Information Catalogues, documenting manufacturing and packaging related capabilities at suppliers.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas.
• Engage in productive and open communication with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate confidence in presenting ideas and sharing perspectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must have “Convenio de Practicas” contract signed with a school relevant to this position.
• Degree in STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) field (or currently studying).
• Languages : English (advanced), Spanish (advanced). Day-to-day business will be conducted in a mix of English and Spanish.
• Data / database management.
• PowerBI modelling would be a plus.
• Microsoft Office 365 package : Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Advanced Excel, experience with Visual Basic a plus.
• Power Automate / PowerApps knowledge a plus.
