Overview

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;

Duration

Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Position

Non-Key Expert : Deputy Security Expert (Host Country)

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Law enforcement / security studies degree OR 5 years added experience.
  • Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2).
  • Cat. II : 5+ years / Cat. III : 2+ years in security of international missions.
  • Prior security roles in international missions.
  • Threat assessment, risk analysis, incident reporting.
  • Staff training and supervision.
  • Election observation security experience (asset).
