You will translate technical data into business outcomes, lead monthly technical reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and steady-state operations.

You should have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience with visualization tools like Kibana, plus strong communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Kibana or similar visualization tools.
• Experience interacting directly with clients to meet project timelines and scope.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage customer adoption and success plans.
• Lead monthly technical reviews and executive summaries.
• Translate platform data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Identify risks, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and steady-state operations.
• Escalate recurring challenges and enhancements to Product Management.
