Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for OT security in a hybrid setup across Madrid or Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor OT security with SIEM and EDR/AV, respond to incidents, and work with OT/ICS teams on asset and architecture reviews.

The role requires 2+ years in SOC, experience with Claroty/Nozomi, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a hybrid position with Rockwell's global benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, SysAdmin or related field.
• 2+ years of SOC operation or analyst experience.
• Experience with SIEM, log analysis, alert tuning and detection logic.
• Hands-on OT security tooling experience (Claroty, Nozomi or similar).
• Knowledge of EDR/AV and orchestration platforms supporting monitoring workflows.
• Experience with OT/ICS networking and Purdue model familiarity.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts in OT environments using SIEM, OT security tools, and EDR/AV platforms.
• Respond to security incidents (IR) including investigations, event correlation, and mitigations.
• Maintain and improve SOC procedures for alerts, vulnerability reporting, and escalation.
• Perform log analysis and tune detections by refining SIEM rules and alert logic.
• Collaborate with OT/ICS teams on asset identification, vulnerability assessments, and architecture reviews.
