Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) Barcelona R&D center seeks a Configuration Management Engineer to design, develop and execute test strategies for embedded software systems. You will work with software developers, system architects and product owners to deliver high-quality, secure solutions in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in CI/CD.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++).
• Experience with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Resourcefulness and adaptability under infrastructural constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• CI/CD pipeline management.
• Provision, configure and manage infrastructure using an Infrastructure as Code approach.
• Perform regular maintenance on our infrastructure and servers.
• Monitoring and Observability: track system health, performance and uptime; analyze test results and resolve issues.
• Security and compliance: automate security controls and manage an air-gapped network; remediate vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and secure a high-security, air-gapped zone; enforce access controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies.
