Job summary

St George Madrid is seeking a qualified educator to join our ISP program. The role involves planning lessons, preparing materials, keeping records, and coordinating with the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator to meet yearly objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Education or Psychology, a Master’s preferred, strong English, and at least two years in education. You will collaborate with the Psychology Department, participate in meetings, and support students with diverse needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and email plans to Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Maintain grade book; enter grades on time.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with Psychology Department to support students.
• Attend meetings with teachers and coordinators.
• Promote open communication with students and parents.
• Comply with uniform and institutional policies.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
