Confidential employer on Mallorca seeks a Second-Category Mason (Oficial 2ª de construcción) for Port de Pollença, with occasional work island-wide. Two positions, permanent contract, 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.

Requires at least 12 months of masonry experience, Category A driving licence and own transport to sites. No formal academic qualifications required; duties include basic masonry, floors, plastering, and roof-related tasks.

• Performing plastering, rendering, and repairing surface imperfections with plaster or mortar.
• Maintaining, preparing, and safely operating manual tools and light machinery, under supervision.

A construction company on Mallorca is looking for two motivated professionals to fill the position of Second-Category Mason (Oficial 2ª de construcción / picapedrer) in Pollença. In this role, you will carry out essential masonry and building tasks, primarily working on construction and renovation projects located in Port de Pollença, with occasional assignments in other areas across the island.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out basic masonry tasks, such as building simple partition walls with bricks and concrete blocks, as well as installing door and window subframes.
• Laying floors, basic wall coverings, tiles, and floor paving across regular surfaces and communal areas.
• Assisting with the assembly and installation of roofs, roof coverings, and formwork structures.
• Performing plastering, rendering, and repairing surface imperfections using plaster or mortar.
• Maintaining, preparing, and safely operating manual tools and light machinery standard to the trade, working under the guidance of the first-category mason or site foreman.

What you bring to the role:

• A minimum of 12 months of verifiable work experience in masonry or general construction.
• Driving licence (Category A) and your own means of transport to travel directly to construction sites.
• Practical hands-on capability, reliability, and readiness to work on site.
• No formal academic qualifications are required for this role.

What is offered:

• A permanent full-time employment contract (indefinido).
• Gross annual salary of €23,092.85 in accordance with the relevant collective bargaining agreement, with extra payments included.
• Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
• Work based primarily in Port de Pollença with standard working conditions.
