Mallorca Map is seeking a skilled First-Class Plasterer and Drywaller to join its team in Andratx on Mallorca. The role focuses on reproducing plaster elements, installing false ceilings and completing plasterboard installations with precision.

A permanent full-time contract is offered, with a fixed schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and a gross annual salary of €26,067.47 paid across 14 installments.

Core Daily Responsibilities

• Reproducing plaster elements, decorative features, and custom molds.
• Assembling false ceilings and accurately fitting decorative moldings.
• Carrying out complete plasterboard (pladur) installations, including metal structure mounting.
• Applying joint compound, taping, plastering, and completing professional surface finishing.

Qualifying Criteria

• A minimum of 24 months (2 years) of direct, practical work experience in plastering and drywall assembly.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of working with plaster, false ceilings, and drywall techniques.
• High standard of workmanship, reliability, and precision in your execution.
• No formal academic qualification is required for this offer; your practical experience and demonstrated craftsmanship are what matter most.
