Formación

It’s the right moment to join Missoni. We are currently seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in Missoni boutique @Puerto Banus from May to October.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent Missoni as an Ambassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion and affinity for the Brand through positive attitude, body language and personal presentation.
  2. Welcome, smile and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude, friendly manner and willingness to serve.
  3. Understand customer’s needs and answer their questions providing an excellent service.
  4. Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in time guaranteeing high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Possess excellent product knowledge in order to be able to advise customers in the most competent and precise manner.
  6. Establish and nurture long-term relations with customers based on trust, caring and empathy.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales goals through showing outstanding selling techniques, clienteling, sourcing new customers and building strong relationships with existing customers.
  8. Act in line with Missoni Selling Ceremony & Company Values.
  9. Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company.
  10. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis, ensuring that all products are properly displayed.

You Are:

  1. Minimum 3+ years selling experience in fashion.
  2. Lively, energetic, empathic, proactive, adaptable.
  3. Passionate about fashion.
  4. Team-player.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Accurate with strong organization and multitasking skills.
  7. Proficiency in the use of clientelling apps and CRM tools.
  8. Results-oriented.
  9. Foreign languages knowledge is considered a plus.
