Under Armour in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate, PFT (36 hours) at ECI Sanchinarro. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store sharp in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, local language fluency, and flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends. You will learn UA's omni-channel processes and have opportunities for development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ in CA
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsabilités

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
