Formación

Since launching in April 2012, we have grown to 1,750 employees during high season. Our headquarters are in Barcelona, Spain, with principal markets in France, Italy, Greece, Germany, and Spain. We operate 18 bases across Europe and have transported over 35 million passengers in ten years, utilizing a modern Airbus A32X fleet.

We are looking for a Flight Dispatcher to work at our Operational Centre in Barcelona. The Deputy of OCC Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing flights and managing operational disruptions safely and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyze the operational environment using NOTAMs, aeronautical publications, and weather reports.
  • Prepare the Operational Flight Plan adhering to regulations, policies, and environmental conditions.
  • File the flight plan with the Air Traffic Service Unit.
  • Update flight plans for delays, diversions, MEL restrictions, and other operational issues.
  • Monitor all airborne flights.
  • Optimize flight plans to reduce ATC delays and ensure cost-effective routing.
  • Coordinate with crew on fuel, route, and aircraft performance requirements.
  • Coordinate with airports regarding runway slots during operational changes.
Profile
  • Flight Dispatcher course/license, pilot license/training, Aeronautical Engineer, or Airline Management degree required.
  • Knowledge of aircraft performance, international and EASA regulations, operations manual, flight planning, and dispatch.
  • Proactive, well-organized, team-oriented, flexible, and results-driven under high pressure.
  • Experience in flight dispatch or operations control preferred.
  • Ability to interpret weather data and NAV charts.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7).
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; Italian or French is a plus.
