Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams. You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe in the product being accessible to everybody - and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer.

• Advocate the artistry of premium makeup and deliver an impeccable customer experience. You are a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and share your knowledge with every customer. You are passionate about Charlotte Tilbury looks and can recreate the magic for clients, while offering advice and guidance. You take pride in customers returning to you.
• Follow the company personal care standards to the letter and know what looks good on each client; you are confident in presenting these looks.

Tu experiencia

• Ideally you have prior experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced setting such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Aspiration to be part of our beauty brand that revolutionises appearance and continues to grow. You love everything related to Charlotte Tilbury and are comfortable promoting the brand.
• Ideally experience in makeup application and the ability to adapt your style to different clients with varied needs.
• Promote positivity and think creatively to bring energy to the role.
