We are looking for a talented Search Strategy Consultant with a strong background in SEM (Paid Search) and digital performance marketing. This role is essential to defining and executing strategic paid search campaigns across key platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Search Strategy & Planning: Lead the strategic development of Paid Search campaigns, from planning and activation to optimization and measurement. Ensure alignment with broader digital objectives and client KPIs.
  2. Performance Analysis: Translate campaign data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending optimizations that drive performance and business impact.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal media, strategy, data and client teams to ensure search efforts are fully integrated within the broader digital ecosystem.
  4. Client Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic advisor for clients and internal stakeholders on search innovation, trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  5. Market Coordination: Support multi-market implementations, ensuring consistency and scalability in execution across geographies.
  6. Innovation & Search Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends and Paid Search innovations (Google Ads, Bing, SA360), ensuring strategies remain cutting-edge and efficient.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or 3–5 years experience.
  2. Analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and user behavior.
  3. Experience working in or with media agencies or consultancies on multi-channel digital projects.
  4. Communication and presentation skills.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and strategic.
