This is a full-time opportunity, working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with an international team to meet shared KPIs across BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, CRM, etc.
• Manage and review account responsibilities on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Communicate regularly with clients, provide strategic recommendations, and execute campaigns focusing on structuring, targeting, display networks, and other paid search aspects in line with KPIs.
• Set up and optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and analyze KPIs to enhance search visibility.
• Stay updated on PPC and paid social industry trends.
• Monitor and report using analytics dashboards and key reporting tools aligned with company goals.

Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience as a Performance Marketer
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Search and Shopping Campaigns, Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid media channels
• Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical, organizational, project, and time management skills
• Experience managing large client budgets (over $100K/month) is advantageous

Communication Skills :

• Proficiency in English with professional communication skills
• Excellent written communication and friendly phone etiquette
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• This is a client-facing role.
• Quick learner of new industries and business types, applying knowledge to marketing initiatives
