A fast-growing market research company is seeking a Senior SEM Manager to manage global campaigns and drive growth for subscription-based apps. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of SEM experience, a strong understanding of performance optimization, and fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus. Senior SEM Manager

to join our performance team. What we’re looking for :

Someone who lives and breathes search. You’ve run

global campaigns

across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand

ROAS and LTV tracking , and can scale

non-eCommerce, subscription-based apps

through performance-first search strategy. You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over

cohorts , testing

landing pages , and pushing the edge of what SEM can do.

Your profile : 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience Proven results driving paid search growth for

subscription-based mobile apps Strong understanding of

cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV , and performance optimization Experience running campaigns in

languages other than English Fluency in

French, German, or Spanish

is a strong plus Experience with

global campaigns

across Tier 1 markets Comfortable with

Google Tag Manager ,

GA4 , and ideally

SQL Bonus : Experience with

landing page optimization / CRO
