A growing tech company seeks a Senior SEM Manager to lead global search campaigns and drive performance for subscription-based apps. The role is remote, allowing for a flexible start time. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of SEM experience and a strong understanding of ROAS and performance optimization metrics. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Someone who lives and breathes search. You’ve run global campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand ROAS and LTV tracking, and can scale non-eCommerce, subscription-based apps through performance-first search strategy. You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over cohorts, testing landing pages, and pushing the edge of what SEM can do.
