Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative Team Lead for the Italian Market to help us take the company to the next level!

The Role
  • Assist in recruiting and training new SDRs.
  • Manage the SDR team for the Italian market.
  • Make decisions based on key KPIs to boost your team’s productivity.
  • Support your team in reaching goals through ongoing sales training and skill development.
  • Motivate your team and provide continuous feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers on unified prospecting strategies.
  • Create a fun, energetic work environment.
  • Maintain consistency in achieving individual and team MRR and demo targets.
  • Work with Sales Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement training techniques and tools.
  • Coordinate with AEs, Team Leaders, and the Sales Director to provide feedback on team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a B2B sales manager.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proactiveness and motivation.
  • Lead by example with strong sales capabilities and goal achievement.
  • Passion for technology and sales.
  • Knowledge of the HR industry is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
