The Role: fueling Applivery's growth

As an SDR, you'll be at the heart of the action, juggling and jazzing up leads from all over - our website, blog, events, digital marketing, partners and outbound. Your mission? Spot those eager beavers and smoothly hand them off to the Sales experts. And for the ones who need a little extra wooing, your nurturing prowess will light the fuse for future sales triumphs. Let's blast off to success together!

The Responsibilities:

  • Be the trailblazing ambassador for our future clients, igniting their curiosity and excitement.
  • Swiftly swoop in and sprinkle your magic on marketing-generated leads, outbound identified, and referred, crafting golden opportunities.
  • Become a Sherlock of the business world: unraveling their essence, tackling challenges, deciphering core business secrets, and unveiling IT needs.
  • Spot and nurture promising sales prospects within leads, propelling us toward the stars.
  • Monthly quotas are your playground, where you fuel our meteoric ascent to glory.
  • Dive into conversations with prospects, bringing the energy and uncovering their wildest dreams.
  • Master the art of account profiling, mining treasures from platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Pass the baton seamlessly: handing over those gleaming qualified leads to our Sales Executives.
  • Blaze a trail with your innovative ideas: lighting up new lead sources and showering us with feedback.

Ideal Candidate - Join Our Team!

  • Sales experience is needed, but we're seeking candidates with rockstar attitudes. If you're passionate and driven, this role is for you!
  • Educational background: minimum requirement Bachelor's degree.
  • Business acumen: keen business sense, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of aligning challenges with goals are ideal.
  • We’re looking for talent based in Spain or within a timezone between UTC-2 and UTC+2 (we want collaboration to be smooth and efficient!).
  • Technical exposure valued.
  • Naturally inquisitive.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • B2 level of English is a must, but if you’re rocking a C1 or C2, it’s a perfect match!
  • Team player: thrive in a high-energy sales environment and excel at teamwork.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
