Your Career

You will work directly with customers to address complex post-sales concerns, requiring thorough analysis and evaluation of multiple factors. Your role involves understanding technical methods and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will participate in technical discussions, support clients quickly and thoughtfully, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Your Impact

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Assist with configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis
  • Create and publish technical documentation and support bulletins
  • Review technical materials for training and marketing
  • Travel to customer sites for critical issues as needed

Qualifications

  • Expertise with VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LDAP, RADIUS
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing/switching protocols (LACP, BGP, OSPF)
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies and network debugging
  • Familiarity with Linux, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto products
  • Understanding of network security services
  • Basic API and FWAAS/SASE solutions knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
