Formación

Blue Code is hiring a Scrum Master / Product Owner for an international SaaS client building 3D and e-commerce solutions.

Our client is a fast-growing tech company offering next-level personalization and product configuration tools used by brands across Europe. To support the international expansion and product roadmap, we’re hiring a Scrum Master with Product Ownership skills to join the R&D team in Alicante.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone with minimum 5 years of experience in agile environments, who is comfortable leading the delivery process and prioritizing product development. While the current focus is on Scrum and Product, there’s also room to grow into a People Manager role, with support from the CTO and managing board.


Responsibilities


  • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with input from business and technical teams
  • Turn goals and feedback into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery and the CTO to align priorities
  • Track sprint progress, remove blockers and foster continuous improvement
  • Growth path: Opportunity to evolve into a Head of Delivery role and support team development



Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum / Agile roles, ideally in SaaS or product-focused teams
  • Solid experience with backlog ownership, sprint planning and agile delivery
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Based in or near Alicante, available for hybrid work (3 days onsite per week)
  • Technical background or experience working in software teams
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, CI/CD systems, or HubSpot
  • Fluent in English (high level spoken and written)
  • Spanish or Dutch language skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Interest in developing people and leadership skills
