Formación

• Experiencia previa como Scrum Master en un equipo.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.

Responsabilidades

• Fomentar la autogestión en el equipo y actuar como entrenador cuando sea necesario.
• Utilizar técnicas de priorización y gestionar stakeholders.

Job Description:

¿Interesado en nuevos retos? En Mensoft Consultores estamos buscando un/a Scrum Master con inglés alto, que quiera entrar a formar parte de un proyecto estable, en uno de nuestros clientes más importantes.

Requisitos:

1. Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a team
2. Knows when to use other agile practices to improve team mindset (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc)
3. Focussed on the importance of self-learning & improvement
4. Challenging the status quo securing support from high level management to Agile mindset and practices
5. Excellent communication and a collaborative team member, fostering self-management on the team but willing to wear the hat of trainer / coach when necessary
6. Experience of using different prioritisation techniques
7. Good stakeholder management skills and data-driven approach to decisions
8. Understands the need for safe to fail environments and helps the team to create and maintain this environment
9. Passionate about delivering outcomes over outputs
10. Understand and articulate burn down rates, team velocity, flow metrics, team health checks, forecasting from throughput
11. Experience with agile development practices such as Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and code quality metrics
12. Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those
13. Use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
