Formación

• At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Experience with Scrum pattern techniques like Burndown and Retrospective formats.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to oversee technical projects' agile management and manage relationships with our energy sector customers.

As a Scrum Master, you will support the team using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and embodying Scrum and Agile principles throughout all project stages (Data Cleaning, Master Data Management, CRM implementation, Data Lake implementation, among others).

Additional responsibilities include :

• Supervising Business Process Management and functional analysis
• Managing project follow-up and customer relationships
• Applying Agile / Scrum practices to guide the team and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assessing and coaching the Scrum team towards higher maturity levels at a sustainable pace
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially in backlog grooming and maintenance

What do we expect from you?

You should feel comfortable and experienced with :

• At least a First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
• An university degree; MSc or PhD is a plus
• At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team applying Scrum diligently
• Knowledge of Data Models, APIs, BPM workflows, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Ability to drive Parallel Distributed Processing (Spark / Hadoop) and Real-time Data Processing (Storm / Spark Streaming)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, HBase, CouchDB) and open-source tools
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus
• Experience with Scrum pattern techniques like Burndown, Retrospective formats, bug handling, etc.
• Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
