Se abre una convocatoria para un asistente de investigación a tiempo completo en el grupo de investigación de Cáncer, en un proyecto cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo. La posición implica el uso de técnicas de biología molecular y celular en el ámbito de biopsia líquida y biomarcadores. La duración del contrato es de 22 meses, con un inicio inmediato después de la resolución. Los candidatos deben tener un título universitario en áreas relacionadas.

Formación

• Conocimiento en técnicas de extracción de ácidos nucleicos y proteínas.
• Experiencia en PCR cuantitativa y digital.
• Habilidad para trabajar con bases de datos de investigación.

• Recepción y registro de muestras, uso de bases de datos.

This is based on the resolution reflected in ORDEN 5886 / 2024, dated December 18, by the Counselor of Education, Science and Universities, concerning the 2024 call for hiring research assistants and laboratory technicians, co-financed by the Community of Madrid and the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+), 2021-2027. Reference : PEJ-2024-TL / SAL-GL-3219 at Clinical and Translational Research Cancer Group, of IDISSC.

Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week).

The start date will be immediately after the resolution, with a duration of 22 months.

Research Area : "Liquid Biopsy and Biomarkers". Identification of processes and biomarkers related to treatment resistances and evaluation of new therapeutic targets. Monitoring treatments.

• Sample reception and registration; use of databases : PubMed, Ensembl, BLAST, Primer3Plus, etc.
• Molecular biology techniques : nucleic acids and protein extraction, vesicle isolation, quantitative and digital PCR, electrophoresis, Western Blot, immunofluorescence, Sanger and NGS sequencing.
• Cell biology techniques : immune cell isolation and analysis, cell culture, drug testing, inventory management; protocol optimization; establishment of work procedures.
